We would like to inform you that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter also referred to as “GDPR”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. The purpose of this document is therefore to provide you, in a simple and intuitive manner, with all the useful and necessary information to allow you to provide your Personal Data in an informed and conscious manner and, where necessary, request and obtain clarifications and/or corrections regarding the latter.
The aforementioned law provides for personal information to be processed in accordance with the principles of correctness, legality and transparency, and of protection of your privacy and rights.
Pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, we hereby provide you with the following information:
- The data you provide will be processed to contact you, in the case of interest, and there are no other purposes for processing at this stage.
- The processing will be carried out manually and electronically.
- The provision of data is optional and any refusal to provide said data may only lead to absence of contact in cases of interest.
- The data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will they be disseminated.

- Pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR and in relation to the aforementioned processing, as data subject you have the right to access your Personal Data, request their rectification and updating if incomplete or erroneous, request their erasure if collected in violation of a law or regulation, as well as object to Processing for legitimate and specific reasons.
In particular, we hereby list below all the rights that you may exercise at any time with the Data Controller:
Right of rectification: pursuant to article 16 of the GDPR, you may request the rectification of any of your Personal Data that proves to be inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you may also have incomplete Personal Data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure: pursuant to article 17, (1) of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data where one of the following grounds applies: a) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; b) the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based and where there is no other legal ground for the processing; c) the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2); d) the personal data have been unlawfully processed; e) the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject. In some cases, as provided for in Article 17(3) GDPR, the Data Controller is entitled not to delete your Personal Data if their Processing is necessary, for example, for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing: pursuant to article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain restriction of processing where one of the following applies: a) the accuracy of your personal data is contested by yourself, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; b) the processing is unlawful and you have opposed the erasure of the personal data and requested the restriction of their use instead; c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; d) you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR pending the verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override yours. In the event that processing has been restricted, your personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest. We will inform you in any event before this restriction is lifted.
Right to data portability: pursuant to article 20(1) of the GDPR, you have the right, at any time, to request and receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance. In this case, it is your responsibility to provide us with the exact details of the new data controller to whom you intend to transfer your Personal Data and give us written authorisation to do so.
Right to object: pursuant to Article 21(2) GDPR and as also reiterated in Recital 70, you may object, at any time, to the Processing of your Personal Data if it is processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: without prejudice to your right to appeal in any other administrative or judicial forum, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority if you believe that the Processing of your Personal Data conducted by the Data Controller is in breach of the GDPR and/or applicable laws.
